They had an amazing selection of costumes for all pet sizes. I loved it! The store was very clean and organized. The cashier was nice, helpful and super engaging. She recommended some foods for my new puppy.
The store manager wouldn’t sell me a feeder gold fish which i planned on keeping in my 20 gallon tanks. On the way out the door the manager flipped me off while closing the doors on me and stating “she hopes that i die” nice management quality right there
Never will i go here again
She also wouldn’t give me a fish that had a free sign on it.

Don't bother applying for petco if you have any sort of personal life. They expect employees to have fully ope. Availability. You have specific days you have your child? Forget about it. You aren't allowed to have specific days off here. Truly disappointed in the upper management here. I was told the company changed a lot in the 3 years I've been gone (worked here for 10 years almost). Still the same shenanigans as before. "We expect you to be extremely flexible while we remain completely rigid and unchanging. Hmmm it is so odd that PetSmart makes more money and has a higher retention rate... could it be that we are unwilling to be remotely understanding toward our employees and potential applicants...? Nah, it's a them problem. How dare they have other obligations outside our tiny company." It's seriously a joke. I want to stress that this issue is not store level. The store managers I have talked to, interviewed with and worked with have been extremely exceptional. But the higher ups have unrealistic expectations for hiring, and that's honestly why retention is so low. You want to see real change, than you HAVE to become more understanding that your employees will have lives outside of work, and while some flexibility requirements are reasonable, no one worth their salt is available all day, 7 days a week. Used to love petco, but even with the "needs of the business" more successful companies have a better flexibility for employees.
Tom was a great help! He was very friendly and informative about the rewards program. His customer service was top notch. I will be definitely be coming back to the factoria location
Staff here was very nice, especially Tom and Nate who respectfully devoted their time and gave great service when I had a struggle with my pet a few weeks ago. Highly recommend.
Went to get some things for my fish tank. Employee was extremely rude, saying “u should know what u want” when I was trying to explain the natural bacteria I need for my fish tank. This isn’t the first instance. I had many bad interactions with the staff. They have a toxic work environment here. Do not come here, the employees are like angry children who don’t know how to act.
